   Only 15 minutes from Liberia Airport, this is a brand new 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with an in ground pool on 1 1/4 acre lot.  Fully landscaped with palm trees and tropical vegetation as well as a breathless volcanic mountain view!!
Just a 10 minute drive to the ocean to Playa Coco or Playa Hermosa (where you can also find fine dining, many casual restaurants, bars, dancing entertainment and casino).
Home includes 4 golfers one round per day for $20.00 each including cart instead of the regular $80 per person price. Excellent course in great condition). Plus driving range and practice putting green.
All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathroom (master with Jacuzzi) Quality pull our single couch sleeps one. King size bed, 2 queen size beds and one blow up queen.  Home sleeps up to 9 people total.
